John Good is a PMP-certified project manager and Scrum Master with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Since joining APV in 2017, he has led complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives across health, justice, and public sector domains.
As a Program Director, John sits on APV’s Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), helping define and implement standardized project management processes that promote consistency and quality across programs. John is known for developing exceptional client relationships and leading distributed, diverse, cross-functional teams to success in complex, demanding environments. He has delivered projects using a wide range of technologies, including Salesforce, custom .NET applications, SharePoint, Drupal, and other platforms.
John has successfully managed and delivered projects for numerous federal agencies, including the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Civil Division. Notably, he oversaw the delivery of a Salesforce-based system for a federal client and led a first-of-its-kind AI Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) project for an HHS agency leveraging Wisedocs’ AI technology.
