This more centralized approach, resulting in a “single version of the truth” for project and project portfolio information, provides the transparency of performance needed by management to monitor progress versus the strategic plan. APV has adopted this enterprise-wide approach to managing projects, making it possible for us to have successfully executed 29 concurrent projects for multiple clients.
