APV wins recompete of HR Support Services for the DHS Headquarters, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO)

September, 2023—Columbia, MD—A P Ventures, LLC (APV) is thrilled to have won the recompete of the contract to provide Human Resources (HR) Support Services for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. APV is excited to continue to provide DHS with full life cycle human capital and management consulting support in areas that include workforce planning, data analytics, recruitment and placement, classification, PAR, ER/LR, executive resources, and benefits and retirement.

APV values the trust of and partnership with the DHS OCHCO and is excited to have won the third iteration of this contract. This win contributes to a significant expansion of our human capital support offerings.

The contract was competed and awarded via the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business Pool 2.
