APV Awarded Prime Position on USALearning IDIQ Contract for Training and Education Support Products and Services

November 20, 2023 – Columbia, MD – A P Ventures (APV) is honored to announce that the company has been awarded a position on the IDIQ Contract for Training and Education Support Products and Services by the USALearning® (USAL), Office of Personnel Management/Office of Procurement Operations. USAL originated as an e-Gov initiative called “GoLearn” under the Bush administration in 2004. Because of the centralized domain specific (e-Learning) technical expertise provided by USAL it was designated a Government-wide Shared Service Center and Human Resource Line of Business Preferred Provider for all Government e-Learning products and services and renamed USALearning.

Under the USAL IDIQ contract instrument, APV will provide domain specific (e-Learning) technical expertise to designated US Government Federal agencies, state, and local municipalities through task orders issued and overseen by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The support includes training services, training systems, courseware development, virtual simulators, strategic planning, and other designated requirements across three (3) functional areas:

  • Formal and Informal Learning Instructional System Design (ISD) and Support Services
  • Live and Virtual Simulations
  • Organizational Training and Planning

The IDIQ contract is for one (1) five-year base ordering period, with one (1) five-year optional ordering period, and one (1) six-month optional ordering period. Task orders issued under this IDIQ can be performed remotely and/or on-site at the customer’s location.
