APV Announces New Addition to their Human Capital Team - Ronald Miller Appointed to Human Capital Program Director

As the Human Capital Program Director at APV, Ron Miller will be responsible for driving the future strategic growth in the Human Capital Management consulting practice and manage the day-to-day operations of awarded task orders across multiple federal clients. Ron will provide leadership and subject matter expertise and guidance to continuously improve the APV efficiency and service delivery to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Mr. Miller is a retired Army Veteran and has served in various leadership roles in both the private and public sector. Ron brings 40 years of Human Capital Management professional experience leading and implementing large scale enterprise-wide Human Capital Programs in small, medium, and large agencies. His human capital management experience includes strategic planning, staffing and recruitment, pay and administration, organizational design and development, compensation, policy development, succession planning, human resources information technology, data analysis, strategic workforce planning including workforce re-shaping/restructuring. Ron is a proven and thoughtful leader with the ability to motivate teams, capitalize on individual strengths and achieve agency strategic objectives.
