APV announces Human Capital Team continues growth - Dr. Michelle Paul to lead work for Employment and Training Administration

Columbia, MD,  – A P Ventures, LLC (APV), a leading provider of human capital and management consulting solutions, is proud to announce that the government has awarded yet another task order under the previously awarded Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) titled “Human Resources and Management Support Services” by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM).

The task order award is to support the Employment and Training Administration (ETA). ETA has a performance goal to “create customer-focused workforce solutions that serve all workers, including underserved communities, and to support the department in building opportunity and equality for all U.S. workers and businesses.” APV will provide ETA with training, consultation on performance management, and the development of a performance management plan.  Under this task order, APV personnel will deliver performance management training for ETA regional officials by creating workshops and conducting comprehensive front-end analysis of performance plans.

To lead this mission, APV is pleased to onboard Dr. Michelle Caryn Paul. Dr. Paul brings with her over 25 years of experience strengthening employee engagement; increasing adoption of changes, technologies, and new ways of working; and enhancing individual performance management systems and strategies.
