As the Human Capital Practice Director at APV, Ty Boulden is responsible for strategic growth and client service delivery. Ty has nearly 10 years of Federal HR experience with managing and providing operational oversight on contracts and tasks orders and supporting organic program growth. Ty leverages that experience to help APV find the right partnerships and opportunities to build the human capital line of business and oversee the program management to ensure we are providing consistent quality and the best possible solution to our customers. She is responsible for overseeing APV’s human capital practice that includes several concurrent task orders with customers at the Department of Labor and the Department of Homeland Security.
Ty lives in the Washington, DC area and obtained a BA in Public Relations from Howard University, an MA in HR Management from Catholic University, and holds a Professional in Project Management, PMP, from the Project Management Institute. When she is not working, she enjoys time with her beautiful daughter Wynter.
