A P Ventures Director of Capture, Ken Rice, brings more than 20 years of executive-level experience leading organizations and businesses. Ken is proficient at identifying and cultivating opportunities for strategic corporate growth. He has served as Operations Officer of a 75-person Business Unit with annual revenue of $42M, and has held key positions on five large Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts valued at over eight billion dollars. Ken’s background includes 22 years of active duty Navy experience, offering deep knowledge of and insight into DoD programs, organizations, and culture. With a record of success that includes more than 14 years of experience pursuing Federal government opportunities in the Defense and Healthcare arenas, Ken’s innovative thought processes, coupled with a wide-range of skills, enable development of targeted winning strategies. Ken has an MPA in Public Administration and a BS in Educational/ Instructional Technology, and is Project Management Professional (PMP)-certified.
