APV Announces Rich Potocek as New Director of Growth and Partnerships, Federal Health

Columbia, MD – September 19, 2024 – A P Ventures, LLC (APV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rich Potocek as the new Director of Growth and Partnerships, Federal Health. 
With a proven track record in driving business development and forging strategic partnerships within the federal government, Rich will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach and delivering innovative solutions to government clients.

Rich brings a wealth of experience and expertise to APV. Prior to joining the team, he held key leadership positions at McKinsey & Company and led client development initiatives and capture management activities for high-priority opportunities within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

Rich’s experience also includes a decade serving in the Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (OAGM) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). During his tenure at CMS, Rich held several key roles, including Special Assistant to the Head Contracting Authority and Manager of Data & Analysis. In these positions he was instrumental in modernizing acquisition processes and overseeing contract management opportunities.
