To address this issue, APV’s Emerging Technology Lab (ETL) developed an AI Assistant that simplifies access to information across our quality management system. APV designed this tool to quickly search and retrieve relevant documents, policies, and procedures. Whether an employee needs a quick policy overview or a detailed document, the AI Assistant offers a fast and easy way to access information directly from our intranet.

The AI Assistant uses advanced search features to provide accurate results, helping employees spend less time searching and more time focusing on their work. This tool now serves as a reliable resource for employees at all levels, improving their interaction with APV’s knowledge base.
